Water... a Natural Healer

DRINK WATER O N EMTPTY STOMACH
It is popular in Japan today to drink water
immediately after waking up every morning.
Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its
value. We publish below a description of use of
water for our readers. For old and serious
diseases as well as modern illnesses the water
treatment had been found successful by a
Japanese medical society as a100% cure for
the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis,
fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness,
bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and
urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea,
piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases,
womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear
nose and throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before
brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or
drink anything for 45 minute
3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as
normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and
dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to
drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may
commence by taking little water and gradually
increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure
diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a
healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of
treatment required to cure/control/reduce main
diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)
3. Diabetes (30 days)
4. Constipation (10 days)
5. Cancer (180 days)
6. TB (90 days)
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above
treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and
from 2nd week onwards – daily..
This treatment method has no side effects,
however at the commencement of treatment you
may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this
procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink
Water and Stay healthy and Active.
This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese
drink hot tea with their meals not cold water.
Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit
while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to
gain...
For those who like to drink cold water, this
article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a
meal. However, the cold water will solidify the
oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will
slow down the digestion.

Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will
break down and be absorbed by the intestine
faster than the solid food. It will line the
intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to
cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm
water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks:
• Women should know that not every heart
attack symptom is going to be the left arm
hurting,
• Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
• You may never have the first chest pain during
the course of a heart attack.
• Nausea and intense sweating are also
common symptoms.
• 60% of people who have a heart attack while
they are asleep do not wake up.
• Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound
sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more
we know, the better chance we could survive...
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this
mail sends it to everyone they know, you can be
sure that we'll save at least one life.

A Piece of my Heart

My heart is heavy; I want to let it loose. I have got a lot of things on my mind; I want to blurt it out. This is my opinion, you can judge me if you like, but you can’t stop me from writing this. For by the time you see this, I must have written it.
This life is unfair; it is a fact that I know, but is our God unfair too? Think that through in your own mind. I can’t make any pronunciation because I am not ready to judge God. When I look at the several events of life and reflect on some happenings in my own life; I realized that there are two sides of life. You can call one wrong and the other, right. I don’t believe that anything is neutral. Do we all have equal chances in life? I have tried several times to believe that we do, but experiences and my encounter in life has always been shaking my belief. Some people are created on the right side of life and they spend all their lifetime frolicking in it and never for once crossed to the wrong side even just for a day. Some are created at the wrong side, but through their hard work and sometime through just cheer luck, they cross to the right side of life. The others are created on the wrong side and they never made it to the other side. We may be quick to judge that they are unable to make it due to their unwilling and lackadaisical attitude. Yet, some of this people really tried their best; it is just that they did not make it. But the question is that ‘is it their fault’? Yes! It is their fault that they did not make it. But is it their fault that they are created on the wrong side of life? If we all had opportunity to see life before we come into it, is anyone going to choose the wrong side? I have seen enough trouble in my life, one that can last me the rest of my life, one that some 100-year-old people have never seen in their lifetime yet, I did not ask for them. Anyway, I have told myself to stop asking question. I have promised myself to make resolution; I have resolved to make it through to the other side. This life for me is a race, one you must run no matter the situation. Life race is the type that you have at least two reasons to run, if you don’t want to run because you are not sure that you can win; at least run so that you won’t be left behind.
As for me, I want to run and run it through. I want to give it my best and at every point in time, run with an unwavering determination because my destiny awaits me. I will run so that I can take hold of my future. You too can decide to run and if you don’t have any reason to, you can run for one of the two reasons I gave you. Find a purpose in life and pursue it to the very logical end. Don’t let anything deter you; take your mind off the present situation, especially if it is not palatable. Look on to your future, and when you do, use your positive eye and see a glorious future that awaits you. Keep moving, don’t be confused, because when you are confused, you will want to quit and a quitter never wins. Remember, it is only a winner that never quits. We are in this race together and we’ll all make it to the winning side.

UNDERSTANDING

UNDERSTANDING

Understanding is the key to success! I woke up this morning with a pressing feeling, I have been having this feeling for couple of days now; the feeling of writing, I want to write, my fingers are aching to write something. So when I woke up with that feeling again, I realize I have to do something about it before I lose my senses, before I start running around the street shouting ‘I want to write!!!’ Now I’m ready to write, what am I going to write about? While searching for what to write, I noticed something beside me, sorry someone beside me. He is trying hard to practice what he has been taught earlier which he seem to have understood when he was being taught, but right now, he is having problems. When I concentrated my attention on him I realized the cause of his problems: he did not learn by understanding. Rather, he has learnt by cramming (memorizing the processes). When you learn by cramming, you have limited the capacity of your brain. You will only know the processes i.e. you will know that ‘when I get here I will do this, when I get there I will do that, and God save you, if you should forget a line, that is the end, because you will never move forward again, just because you did not understand the reason for what you are doing.

Show me a man who does not know the reason for what he is doing and I will show you a fool. I’m not here to condemn or to judge people; I’m only trying to call to wake that part of your reasoning faculty that you have pushed to subconsciousness. Understanding is the knowledge you have about something i.e. to understand, and to understand means to know the meaning why somethings happen, how they happen and why they are important. I simply define understanding as knowing what you are doing! If you don’t know what you are doing, you can be easily confused. Let me now tell you; before you can claim you understand anything in life you have to understand yourself first. Understanding yourself makes you have a solid definition of life; you will know your self-worth, your belief and what you stand for. And if you know all these things, your approach to life issues will be more refined and people will respect you the more.

It is a shame that these days nobody cares about understanding; students and pupils in school don’t care about understanding, they don’t learn to understand rather, they learn to pass their exams. It is not their fault totally; the system in which they pass through has made it so. But I tell you: you can stand for change if you are reading this piece; you can decide to put a stop to this ill-informed trend but it will require a lot of hard work and commitment from you. As a student if you are really going to stop this trend, you will have to go the extra mile, you will have to study extra hard with more time and you will need the determination to change. It might not be easy at start, but I tell you, according to my favorite quote, I heard it in a movie titled ‘Akeelah and the Bee’, it says ‘Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate; our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves: who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous. Actually who are you not to be?’ There is nothing you cannot do. If you tread along the path of understanding, you will soon realize that it is the simplest and the most rewarding step you will ever take.

When you have understanding, you will be the master of your life; you will be in charge of your game. Even when you ask questions, you will ask reasonable question that will build you up and not just questions to remind yourself of what you forgot.

STUBBORNNESS

UNTITLED
I cannot finish pouring down my heart tonight. First because I’m kind of disorganize and secondly, because I’m not a good writer, but I will try my best to put something down, enough to jolt my memory back if I will need to remind myself.
It happened one fateful evening; I was living with the family of my boss during my IT days. This does not happened during the period of my IT anyway, it only happened during one of my several breaks in the university. This is the story of an adult who was beaten by his father. Normally, this should not have made a headline if it was just a child being beaten by his father, but as it involves an adult, I mean a full grown adult. It baffles me and makes me paralyze into my bone marrow, it leaves me distorted that I can’t even compose myself and my thought. Ordinarily, it looks like a misunderstanding among three children (two being adult and the other, a semi adult, so to say), but to me, what led to the summit of the charade and what led to this write-up is STUBBONNESS. Dictionary describes stubbornness as being unreasonably and obstructively determines to prevail; I modified it and say being unable to take a break (pause) and allow tense air to saturate.
When you are gentle and calm, it looks like you are foolish sometime, even stupid, as the case may be, but I tell you stick to it because it is still the best policy to adopt. If you are gentle and calm, it gives you self control and ability to think and read minds. With this character, embarrassing situations are forever removed from your life. Unfortunately, this adult does not tread along the path of my philosophy of life and this led to his being beaten severely by his father, to the extent that we have to plead on his behalf. A phenomenon I considered seriously derogatory. Some people might not find this a big deal, but as for me; the last time I was beaten by my father was when I was in junior class three (JSS3) and ever since I left secondary school almost seven years ago, I have never received a slap from my mother who used to beat me the most back then. So when I consider the above scenario as being derogatory, I think you should see my point.
The story still continues, I say this because I know deep inside me that the culprit is not sober, the stubbornness still swell in him. He did not consider what happened as something he should sit down and think over; rather, an act of injustice is being meted out on him. This is enough for today, I can never get to the end of the story because the air of stubbornness still linger in the space as there is no sign of it calming down.
